The onsen on the rooftop provided a fine view of Lake Toya, especially during the fireworks. My stay in the Japanese-Style Room with a Mountain View was cozy and spacious, allowing my family to enjoy every moment. The buffet featured an excellent selection of food that kept our taste buds excited throughout our three-night stay.

Our family loved the incredible rooftop onsen with stunning views of Lake Toya, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The buffet meals were a highlight, especially the pitch-perfect Hokkaido lamb which was a fun experience for everyone at our table.

My wife says that a more updated bathroom would be nice.

The Japanese-Style Room with Lake View was quite spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The view of the lake was everything! I loved relaxing with that scenery. Just a touch worn out, but it didn’t bother me too much. Plus, the yukatas available were a nice touch. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway, which was great. Overall, a cozy spot for the fam.

amazing view

Family quite suitable

The onsen on the top floor was a real highlight! I felt like I was melting away in bliss while soaking in those hot waters, views of the lake making it even better, especially during fireworks.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but manageable enough.

Just a strong match for a short visit in Toyako with very good value for money. The onsen was average, but the great lake view from the room made up for it. Arrive early if you're planning to eat at the buffet to avoid the long wait.

Our stay was delightful! The large Japanese room on the 6th floor provided a serene environment, beautifully overlooking Lake Toya. The rooftop onsen offered breathtaking views, especially on clear days. Don't miss the bingo night in the lobby for some fun! Free pickups from Sapporo were a fantastic bonus.
